Non-Profit Organizations 

The Eau Claire Cavaliers Baseball Team is proud to partner with many other Non-Profit organizations from our community.  Doing so allows us to help other organizations that face the same challenges we do.  With that in mind we have developed some guidelines to assist your organization in having a wonderful and successful day with the Cavs.

As a non-profit organization, you will be required to find your own partner to sponsor your promotion night with the Cavaliers. 

As a non-profit organization you will be able to hand a banner in the stadium during the game.  Throughout the course of the fame, we will announce that your organization and your partner are sponsoring the game.  We will also list this information on the electronic scoreboard. 

Your non-profit organization and your partner are required to advertise in advance for the game to ensure it is a very successful night.  During your advertising, you may desire to include that two dollars of every paid admission will go directly to your organization.
